1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Oulalastore ("the Site", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual colours may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock discrepancies and will issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Oulalastore is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. To initiate a return, contact us at support@oulalastore.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Authenticity

Oulalastore guarantees the authenticity of every item sold on the platform. All products go through verification before being listed. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Oulalastore or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oulalastore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oulalastore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
